Week 18 and 19 Test Scope

Hello Parents,

Our class will have their third round of Exams starting next week for this semester.

Please note the scheduled test dates: 

The Listening/Reading Test will be on Wednesday, Dec, 30^th.

The Oral Presentation Test will be on Tuesday Dec 29^th, Wednesday Dec 30^th, and Thursday, Dec, 31^st .

The Grammar Test will be on Thursday, Dec, 31^st .

The English Written Test will be on Tuesday, Jan, 5^th.

       The tests will cover the following:

FOR ALL EXAMS:

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 13-17.

Reader-Writer 4.1 Stories and Articles – Man Who Named the Clouds, Adelina’s Whales, How Night Came from the Sea

Be able to match vocabulary to its easy definition

LISTENING / READING TEST:

Use and trust your instincts. Stay focused and listen carefully to the whole conversation before selecting your answer. Some of the questions will try and trick you.

 ORAL PRESENTATION TEST:

Individual one on one discussion with your teacher. Discussing the differences between two similar pictures, assimilating information from two data sheets, and building a narrative from story board pictures.

 GRAMMAR TEST:

Let’s go Units 9-11, Fun Grammar Units 30-32, Vocab 2000 p6-9

 WRITTEN TEST: 

Review Communication book, Reader-Writer Book, homework writing books, quizzes and Unit tests for weeks 13-17.

Reader-Writer 4.1 Stories and Articles –– Man Who Named the Clouds, Adelina’s Whales, How Night Came from the Sea

 Understand what the different genres of the stories are.

 The students must know the content of the stories. Please re-read all the main stories.
